Waivers

Waivers will be required on file for all children and will need to be refreshed on an annual basis. We encourage you to get a headstart and complete them beforehand. If not, you will have the ability to do them onsite as well!

Waivers must be completed by the guardian or parent of the child. If you as a parent are going to be bringing in your child & his or her friends, please ensure all respective parents have completed the waivers beforehand otherwise entry will not be permitted.
